Carolyn has been in the banking, finance, lending industry since 1992; starting her career at First Hawaiian Bank in Honolulu, Hawaii. While banking was her first introduction into the finance world, lending quickly became her passion and what she truly enjoys. Carolyn spent 5 years with a national military credit union in Arizona as a Consumer Loan Officer before relocating to Southwest Florida in 1999. In 2001 she took her passion for lending up a notch and obtained her Mortgage Broker License. She began originating mortgage loans with a small company and eventually moved on to manage a mortgage division for a well-known national builder, covering a 5 county region of Southwest Florida.
Her passion continues to be working with clients one-on-one; whether it be a 1st time homebuyer, a retiree purchasing their dream home in Florida, or a client in need to refinance their current mortgage. Carolyn joined Park Shore Mortgage in August 2015 as the Executive Assistant to the President and also a Licensed Loan Originator.
